Not a good experience the last 2 times I was there. I asked for caramel sauce the last 2 times, and was given none. Also, I was... rushed at the drive thru window, and when I tried to mention it, was ignored. Had to ask for a straw. Also waited in line forover 20 minutes this Saturday (11/12/22). Once cars were wrapped around the building, one of the employees finally came out withan Ipad. She was super sweet? but still, 20 minutes, AND not getting the very simple order right (that costs $6!) twice in arow, is unacceptable. Won?t be visiting this location anymore. Read more
