This location needs to change its name to Dunkin Donutless. I've visit this establishment probably 10 times in the last year. At... least 50% of the time they are out of donuts or can't even make a dozen. I can see being low on stock during lunch and dinnertime but 930 on Sunday, or before 8 am on the week days come on man. Been travelling across the country from CA & I can tell ya, this Dunkin? here has the best-prepped food & iced lattes. I usually... order the sweet black pepper bacon croissant sandwich with hash browns. Both, (after having many different variations of thesame order) were warm & delicious! My iced lattes were very well-mixed & I could actually taste the coffee rather than purepumps of syrup. There was a bit of a wait to order inside due to a long drive-thru line, but the workers were very quick toacknowledge me & let me know they?ll help me asap. Walkin closed so forced to do drivethru, asked for cream and equal on the side (had to reask after order was given too me) order... was for dozen asst raised donuts incl 3 van creme and an old fashion....was given a crueller instead of old fashion and two cakein the order. Had to go back thru drivethru after a long line!!!! I just got off my 12-hour shift so I'm very tired and I haveto drive back to Borger not very happy went back through the drive-thru I did get the original at two extra donuts that I hadordered they put them on the side so she didn't give me the bag I didn't open it up until pulling away and it was supposed to bean Old fashioned and a vanilla cream it was a vanilla cream and a plain cake donut I'm not sure what was with either the girl Ithink the girl is the one that pulled that part of the order the gentleman pulled the rest of it but somehow or another hedidn't catch I told him there's cake donuts in the dozen that weren't supposed to be there so he changed those out for me butnow my daughter is not going to have her old fashioned because there was no old fashioned in there it was just a plain cakedonut old fashioned are the glazed cake that it kind of looks like a cooler but it's not because it's got a rough top to it andI don't know if they didn't have them so they just giving out regular cake donuts but you I've noticed twice now this locationhas substituted stuff without asking and my last visit last week I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and they only gave me one sothat I had to wait for the second breakfast sandwich Read more
Worst Dunkin? Donuts service and establishment I have ever come across. I do not recommend eating here at all. Bleh!!!
i love this location. they are always so nice. i live over by the one on western and i prefer to drive all the way to this... location. western never has anything you order. i go to order any kind of food and they say they don't have it but at this oneits never an issue. the girl that works the mornings is an all star. she works that front like no one ive ever seen before andshe is so sweet! i would definitely give her a raise.. she puts the work in! Horrible experience a few days ago. I just now got some time to post. But the coffee I got was curdled. I think the cream they... put in it was spoiled. It was so obvious too, so apparently, the drive thru guy couldn?t care less. I drove 10 miles back toAmarillo to get a refund. He kind of had an attitude about the refund too. If I would go here everyday I would. The servers are chill, and the food is amazing. The hashbrowns are cheap and seasoned as... well as delicious. There are the bagel minis, I usually get them everytime I go; filling and not messy. I also get the icedmatcha lattle which is so creamy and matcha heavy. My go-to when I want a quick snack or drink. I have the app so I usually getmy hashbrowns for free using my points. I didn't like when they changed the app in the past because I lost all the points Igained, but I earned them back in time. The app is also a bit glitchy, but it's usable and saves me money. Sometimes they don'thave all the donuts, so it can be disappointing (haven't had a good experience with the coconut donut, just dry) the donuts Ireally like are the strawberry, maple, and Boston kreme.
