Ordered pizza online only to wait 2 hours before receiving. Online tracker had said it was delivered hour before it even... arrived. Talked with manager and was told they are short on drivers so I had to wait 2 Hours just for some pizza when I couldhave just picked it up myself hours earlier. Was told I would receive a refund and that never happened. Tried talking with storemanager and was blown off being told I just need to talk to corporate.. overall 1 star, pizza I received was cold customerservice was a joke the last time I?ll order from this location or from any location owned by this owner. I enjoy dominos verymuch, but after this I?ll just find somewhere else. Read more

I dont think ive gotten a single Order from them that hasnt taken a hour or more. Tonight it took the driver over 30 min to... drive 10 min. To make it worse the pizza was cold after an 1hour an 9 min and the Manager let it go out. Like honestly not yourcustomers fault that you refuse to hire more drivers. Horrible experience. They said my apt no was not on the instructions. They did not need to be because I logged in to order... which has my apt. no. Then I call them and they give excuses saying your apartment no is not on the order. I did not hear asorry at all just the blame on the customer from the rude girl who answered the phone. I then called them back 20 minutes laterinquiring about my order as they said the driver will be back. The same girl hung up on me. I would get fired at my job if Igot hung up on. I will never order hear again, they charge you a delivery charge and are overpriced. You can get better pizzaat a better price somewhere else. Avoid this Domino's. Read more

Pizza is almost always great. App is usually awesome! Staff is friendly and efficient. The $3 tip yourself coupon is... misleading! In order to take advantage of the coupon you have to eat pizza again the VERY next week. So if you eat Domino?severy week? your good. This... is unquestionably, without compromise, THE BEST Domino?s pizza I have ever had. The food was delivered Hot! Tori brought ourorder to us So fresh out of the oven it was almost too hot to eat right away. This Store and its Employees are magnificent andhardworking members of the ?best pizza makers in America? organization. AKA Dominos Amarillo TX.
