I had Chipotle for the first time last night. I'm a DoorDash driver and the order got canceled by the customer on my way to... deliver it. Took it home for my spouse but it had sour cream on it. I've been on a diet for the last 2 weeks now but I was ableto eat it last night and still lose half a pound instead of the pound I've been losing per day. ( Calorie deficit diet) It was aburrito bowl, and delicious. I look forward to eating more once I get my weight to where I want it to be. Read more
First and last time here never again 40$ for 2 burritos and bag of plain chips no drink nothing could of had a steak dinner for... that. A store definitely in need of lobby cleaning. Overall not impressed at all. Would unfortunately not recommend. Read more
Excellent food, just a tad pricy. I tried the new steak bowl and it didn?t disappoint. Very tasty and filling without all the... ?unknowns? of some restaurants. It is sad to see how expensive it was $40 for 3 basic bowls and a few drinks. Read more
Made an online order and my taco didn't have the lettuce on it and the sour cream and salsa were opened thrown into the bag and... spilt everywhere and the foil on the tacos weren't closed all the way so they were exposed. My husband went inside to get itfixed and they gave him a small plastic container of lettuce and said sorry didn't do anything about the sour cream and salsathat was spilled all inside the bag. I'm very disappointed in the service the food and how it was "fixed". Read more
I love Chipotle, I?ve been going there for years. Today I brought a friend who?s never been and today, a staff employee was what... seemed like she was ?checking temperatures? and stuck the thermometer into the salsa, corn, then sour cream without wiping itoff in between the sticks and did not stick it in long enough to check temperature. My first time to eat at Chipotle. Dre was very courteous and helpful! We went in 30 minuets before closing and he still took the... time to explain the options to us and how it worked. Food was very good! We will eat here again! Read more
Smallest burrito I have ever gotten from a Chipotle. $17 dollars for 4 inch burrito and coke, tables were really dirty, trash... can were full and no trashcan outside. I usually order on the app and get my salsa on the side with a bag of chips. The cashier charged me for a side of chips and... salsa when I went into the store, and when I asked him about it had to explain the situation to the key-holder on duty whorudely tried to argue with me before refunding me. It wasn't a lot of money, and I really wasn't upset until she started actinglike she was mad even though they were the ones who made the mistake.
