Cleanliness of tables and seats look like they are not ever cleaned up. They have a lot of people working just standing around.... Those people could be scrubbing the floors and tables and chairs and windows. Read more
I love sweet tea and at this location I ask for half sweet, half unsweetened because the tea is so overwhelming sweet. However... its still stupid sweet. Either the staff doesn't do as requested or the tea is to damn sweet to begin with. Read more
Their food is great, as always but, their customer service LITERALLY throws them over the top. In this case, their dine-in area... is closed, due to short staffing. I'm unable to go through the drive-thru because I drive a semi (a 13'-6" tall truck cannot fitthrough a 9'-6" opening). They will open up the dining area and allow me to come inside to place my order. BTW: The Catfish iskiller! Read more
I love chicken express but this location gives the chain a bad rap. The service here is not just slow but it seems the workers... actively avoid working. The workers could not care less about the customers. I paid for water but they never gave me cups. WhenI got up to get my own cup they accused me of stealing and said they have to get the water for me. Needless to say, we asked fora refund and went across the street to eat. Read more
I give them two stars because regardless of the service the chicken was still on point they got these fried jalapenos man... they're so good now the service? that's a different story. tell me why I had to sit in that drive thru for as long as I didwhich was a good 15 minutes for them to just mess up my entire order. they only do drive-thru in the line was so long I wasn'ttrying to sit in that line for another 30 to 45 minutes so two stars it is Chicken Express good food bad service. I decided to try this place when I visited Texas for the first time. I was not disappointed. The chicken was very good and the... tea was amazing. I will definitely eat here again if I ever go back to Texas. Read more
