I love Chick-fil-A. I like going in the mornings to have breakfast and relax. However, I been to this location 3 times and they... have gotten my order wrong 4 times. Even though the employees immediately fixed my order, I do not know if it is worth goingback so they can get my order wrong again. They will not miss my business. Read more

I love Chick-fil-A. Don?t ask them for extra cheese you?ll never get it. You?ll have to stay at the window and check your chicken scramble bowl. And... oh look no extra cheese. There barely ANY cheese. This has happened 3 times and I just needed to vent. Get it together. Whenpeople ask for extra cheese it?s because they?re cheese lovers and expect the extra cheesy-ness. Read more

This location is not handling orders well. I waited a long time to get 4 milk shakes. They are putting a lot of focus on drive... through. There was one employee handling the eat in and pick up orders. When I finally got my order, one of the shake lid wasnot closed properly and leaked inside the carrier. The drink carrier started to drip inside my new purse which was right bellowthe carrier. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. You can do better Chick-fil-a. Read more

Made a mobile order for breakfast at 10:06, paid for and all, arrived at 10:10. Waited in line for 30 minutes before someone... came out and informed us they couldn't give us our order, because it was after 10:30, and that they no longer have breakfast asif it were all thrown out at 10:30 on the dot. Despite the fact that we ordered and arrived well before the cut off, evenchecked in on the app, which tracks your location; confirming that we had placed the order and arrived with time to spare. Or sowe thought. We asked for a refund and the employee said they were going to talk to a manager and would return. They did not. Wethen waited in line another 30 minutes waiting on said employee. We then get to the window and ask to speak to a manager to getsome sort of answer or resolve the issue in one way or another who then had to ask us to repeat ourselves multiple times becausethey were talking to other people. Eventually after waiting in line FOR AN HOUR we get a receipt saying the order was canceled.This is absolutely unacceptable and abhorrent customer service from a chain that is generally held to a much higher standard. Wewill not be returning and as I write this the refund has not been received. Read more

I'm in the drive thru and see these 2 guys watching 2 Hispanics working the landscape. I asked you guys don't get your hands... dirty? The guy with the beard said "yes. But we are the bosses." I told him "good bosses would get their hands dirty." Heresponded "we get our hands dirty" and proceeded to continue standing watching the workers. If this his attitude towards thelandscapers I can only imagine how he treats the inside staff. Read more
