Everyone just started going to the one next to Wendy?s and McDonald?s (only blocks away, off i40) bc the service here is... nonexistent. This place is always slow or runs out of common items. My most recent visit was the last straw for this location. Their system... wouldn't accept the offer codes and they wouldn't make adjustments to honor those prices. This seems like one of the places isunder staffed always! Read more

Food is always good. This time though I ordered whoppers and their broiler was down so I went with the original chicken... sandwich. Still was not disappointed with the chicken sandwich. I will try for the whopper next time. Read more
Ordered at the drive thru, got it home and it was wrong. No problem. HOWEVER, the attitude when I took it back was horrible. No... apology, didn't replace the COLD sandwich from the first time, acted like I was a bother. We'll still eat at BK, but never thisone again. Read more
Large heavyset man cook had phone out using it while also making my food right in front of my eyes. Didn?t give a flying fudge. ... I thanked the heavyset cashier lady and she said nothing back as usual. Not even an acknowledgment of my nice gesture. Likealways she?s rude and A complete mess. Love their burgers and food. Always fresh and hot. Always get my order right. I go to the one on I40 & Georgia. Servers are... always patient and courteous. They need a better speaker system. I wear hearing aids and have trouble understanding them. Betterthan the other burger places. Read more
