Food it's ok and they are pretty fast however the management at this location and others have no authority to override... anything. We tried to use some promotions in app and were unable because the system was not working inside Burger King. App bugsneed to be fixed and authorize management to make good on promotions when needed. I went October 26 around 12:45 pm and the older lady in the drive thru is rude. She gave me my drinks in a drink holder and I... proceeded to take my drinks out and place them in my cup holders so they will not spill. She stated to me I can't take that backfrom you. Well, I for one never asked her to take it. Her tone was so rude. I asked for zesty sauce and ketchup for the 3 mealsI ordered. I received 1 zesty sauce and about 5 ketchups. I spent 37 dollars on my food. Seriously, that's all I get. I believethe lady was a manager. She can do better than this. Read more
We did an app order and it took 40 minutes to get our food. We had to wait in the drive thru line because the dining room was... closed. There were not enough employees apparently. It seemed like they had a cook and one other person to take orders and workthe window. We were the 4th car in line when we pulled in, so 10 minutes per car. I will not go back there ever. Read more
I love the Original Chicken Sandwich with cheese and bacon added. However the Burger King on Ross and Osage, always takes a long... time. And they're rarely busy when I go there. Would still recommend the Original Chicken Sandwich with cheese and bacon. Oh,and there Chicken Fries!! Read more
Food was ok, it was a little cold due to the wait even though there was only one couple at ahead of us and one in the drive... through. The staff also seemed unprofessional, jamming out to rap music, which isn't a crime but you are at work. Families areeating, and curse words were heard. Very unprofessional, especially when it was loud. The staff was cleaning the tables off,but failed to see that there was trash flying around the front door entrance. I expect this from resteraunt on the Boulevardbut not here. Read more

Traveling the 40e stopped to rest for Thanksgiving in amarillo tx couldn't find turkey dinners anywhere as late as it was so... went to burger king behind our hotel. Unbelievable the service we received once questions were asked about not just the wrongitems received but the nasty quality of food we were served. Got my 2 yr old nuggets n fries both rock ROCK HARD and coldobviously. There was no care or concern when our food was prepared. Paid the price for the original chicken sandwich filled withglobbed mayo and literally rotten mushy discolored lettuce everything had to of been sitting for atleast 4 or more hours. Beinga former employee of bk I know that this restaurant would be shutdown if an inspection would have happened. Horrible mngmt andquality control. Thanks Amarillo TX BK not only did my family not have a normal Thanksgiving we paid the little we could sparefor food that was thrown away because we were told we didn't order what we ordered and what we got was correct were wrong andthey are substituting with hawaiian punch when u order dr pepper to bad if u didn't want it just get gone. Thanks for the cherryon top of our lacking Thanksgiving I hope this place gets some help or shut down before the get people sick or worse. Ordered ahead, from the west side and order wasn't ready, had to wait at counter about 15 mins. Their ice cream machine is... always out of service, was told I had to call customer service to get a refund or take something else. My whopper was caked withmayonnaise so heavy, my dog wouldn't even eat it. Reading other reviews, the owners need to correct this location or shut itdown. Read more
