Kept finding pieces of bone and gristle in my burger, so I got curious to see how many I could find. There were more, but I... think this makes my point. It is not this specific location's fault, of course, but how the meat is processed. Yuck. Read more

Customer service has declined so has the food quality. I had my salad replaced twice and both were old with hair in it. Burgers... were greasy and fries were cold! I think we will be giving Braums a break for awhile! Read more

Should have went to what a burger. Food was cold Drive thru take out employee just handed our sack of food didn?t say one word.... We check our food and cold fries. We waited for her to recognize we were there and she opened the window we said our fries wherecold she took them back and gave us more shut window didn?t say anything and walked away. Food and ice cream are delicious. I love the story behind their retail stores but basically, all stores have to be within 300... miles of their farm. Their retail locations are part fast food and part store. This is the only place you can get their dairyproducts such as milk or ice cream. Their cheeseburgers are delicious and all the beef used comes from their farm in Oklahoma. Read more
