Went to order a my child's birthday cake he wanted to pick out we get there the doors are locked 2 men standing there just... looked at us cause we were confused because there was no closed sign so went to the drive thru and asked if we could look at thecakes and they said no that was only 2 workers and there's was to many cakes to bring to the window to show up. Every time we go here they never have anything. This last time the worker was extremely unprofessional and incompetent. Ask for... hot fudge and he put so much fudge it completely melted the ice cream. Never going back here. Also was closing early almost anhour early Read more

Customer service is lacking. The girl at the window wasn't friendly. When we pulled away we realized we were missing a spoon and... had no napkins. I got a "warm" cookie sandwich, but could only eat the ice cream because the cookie was so old and hard Icouldn't use a spoon or take a bite out of it. Also, they didn't have any chocolate chip ice cream, and it seems like based onother reviews they are often out of flavors. Read more
