The staff in the drive thru were nice and quick. I was rather surprised they had sugar free flavors and ordered a large Pina... colada. The price surprised me as well. Over $7 for a large!! The flavor was really good at the top, but about halfway down theflavoring started to get concentrated. By the last 1/4 of the cup it tasted like some sort of chemical and was inedible. Love these snowcones! Great variety if flavors with all kinds of toppings. They have something here for everyone. If you don't... like snowcones, you could get a smoothie or lemonade. It's all great! Read more
The lobby of this location is filthy. Today will be my last visit for a while!!!!! I hope they seriously take this into... consideration and deep clean. The staff is kind and always has been, I love my bahama bucks but please do better! Read more

I absolutely Love Bahama Bucks and I come to this location more than I?d like to admit but tonight I had a very bad experience.... The young man who was working the front. Didn?t greet me at all which I can overlook. But he asked for the a name for the orderand I gave it to him then he said absolutely nothing. He just stared off into space and was adjusting his earpiece so I assumedthat maybe he was listing to the order from the drive through or something then he just walked away. One of the girls in theback asked him to take my order and he said that I was on the phone( now my phone was up to my ear but since he had came to takemy order I was not engaging in any conversation) I let him know that I?m waiting for him to take my order and he then clearlyhad an attitude I made my order and handed him my card in which he snatched. I asked him if he just snatched my card and hetried to say he didn?t I asked if there was a manager around. He stood there holding my card and I told him to just swipe thecard. And this all while he standing there with very uncustomer friendly face staring at me directly in my eyes like he had aproblem. I didn?t even complain to the manager I just wanted to leave. Now if I hadn?t guessed that he had to be a teenager.Things could have escalated. But I?m not sure if he was just in a bad mood or it had been a long day but I?ve never been treatedlike this in any establishment especially Bahama Bucks and I?m highly upset about it. Read more
Yikes at this location: unprofessional. So There was no line...we were behind 1 car. For some reason the girls working there... decided to do photos for online promotion I guess. I kid you not, one of the ladies crawls out of the drive thru window to takephotos and laugh it up with the car ahead of us...my brother and I waited for 15 minutes while these kids working the windowlollygagged...I get up to the front, and I'm like in disbelief...they are STILL playing around. I get up to pay and I'm annoyedat this point. I asked why they think this is professional...when we, leave the line is out to the street...and why theyselected the busiest time to play around like this I'll never know. Went to Bahama bucks on a hot day to help cool off. There are an abundance of flavors to choose from. The screens with all the... flavors were not working properly so half the menu on flavors was missing on two of the three screens. The establishment wasclean and two employees were curteous. It does take awhile for the snowcones to come out since the drive thru is really busy.There is also an outdoor seating area available. We had the princess (pink), birthday cake (white with rainbow sprinkles), bluecococut (blue), tigers blood (ligh red), cherry (dark red in front), and a smoothie that was pineapple with coconut and a choiceof fruit. Wow talk about great customer service! The people there were so friendly and had fast service too. They were kind, patient, and... attentive to me and my group of friends and it was so refreshing to see!
