I am a long time mall employee and frequent this location and appreciate the discount they offer to mall employees. However, my... experience with the general manager; Olivia, changed my mind and I will never again be a patron of this location. I asked whatthe mall employee special for the day was and was quickly asked for ID, something that has never happened before. I explainedthat my store does not have name tags and she promptly told me that she does not believe I am a mall employee and refused toserve me. I asked if I could speak to a manager, and on her response that she is GM, I requested a corporate phone number. Sherefused to provide it to me. I did lookup the corporate number myself and make a complaint, but I am still in utter shock at theunprofessional behavior of their local management. Read more
