If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I went last night an HOUR before closing. The woman was cleaning and when she saw me, she... looked at her watch to indicate that she didn?t appreciate me being there (an hour) before closing. She then made me waitseveral minutes while she continued to clean. When she finally took my order, she rolled her eyes and very rudely asked what Iwanted. She then cut me off mid order to tell me she couldn?t make my drink the way I wanted. She rushed to make the drink,handed it to me without saying a word, and stormed off. Do not start cleaning and preparing to close an entire hour before yourshift is over. Do not get mad at customers for ordering an hour before closing. Do not catch an attitude with customers becauseyou clearly don?t like your job. If you don?t like your job, get a new one. Read more
The lady working tonight 7/21/20 refused to serve me cause she said to they were closed at 20:45 And she was wearing her mask as... a chin strap. Not covering her mouth and nose at all. Unprofessional. The employees at this location seem to try to rush out ofwork and say they can't make something cause they cleaned the machines 30-45 minutes before closing! Read more
Why would anyone spend a penny at Starbuck's? The Corporate heads decided it was more important to push a Socialist Political... Agenda, then take care of their Customers. Literally, Starbuck's made the business decision that Customer's don't matter intheir business model anymore. They shut down every Starbuck's location in the United States, and every employee had anmandatory 8 hour day of training to make sure everyone understood that Starbuck's puts Socialist political ideology above allelse. I will never spend another penny in a Starbuck's, and I encourage everyone else to spend your money somewhere else aswell. Read more
Not a stand alone, inside Kroger's. No drive through. Service can be hit or miss, but always better than the new stand alone... Starbucks next to Olive Garden. Read more
Fast and friendly service. The baristas always have a smile. The place is clean and the coffee is great. Oh, and the wireless is... FREE!! This Starbucks is located inside the Alvin Kroger. Read more
