My family and I went to pick up an order we placed through the app. We waited for about 30 min, and had to call them again to... see if they were going to bring out our order anytime soon. Finally they did, but we could tell our stuff had sat for awhile. Wetalked to the manager Amber, and she apologized, explained how they got mixed up with our order because of how we checked in,and gladly replaced all of our food and drinks. I wish ALL companies would have more employees like Amber! There was a time, along long, not so long, time ago, where companies and employees actually cared how to treat their customers nicely. Cheeseburger not very good tonight. Meat tastes like it had been cook hours early and the pickles tasted horrible.

I've never had a problem, until Memorial Day. I'd ordered a batter cake shake, but when I got to the window the lady tried to... give me a chocolate version of the shake, I told her that's not what I ordered, she kept insisting I did, I refused it, so sheyanked the shake from my had, I told her u don't have to get upset, just give me what i ordered. Went to Sonic last night and we ordered a chicken fried steak sandwhich and a burrito. The waitstaff was a bit young and having... a good time because it was very slow but in their frivolity they lost our receipt and gave us the wrong sandwhich and wrongburrito. My mistake for not opening the wrappers or else eating there. Anyway, you might want to open the wrappers to makesure you got what you ordered. Read more
