Fast and the kids love it. They just never have ice cream. Never....
I informed the evening manager that the app thought it was breakfast time and would not let me order dinner, when it is really... dinner time, so I cannot order breakfast. She replied "No it's not breakfast time," and turned away from me. Treating customerslike this is unacceptable! How did she become management when she is rude like this every single time I am there?! If you haven?t tried Mac Donald?s then you?re the person who doesn?t settle for just okay when it comes to food. But lit me tell... you the # 3 meal is a really good burger. So if you want to try a good burger I would recommend that. Read more
Food was made right and was faster than the one on fm 518 they still haven't fixed the rude manager or apologize or given the... money or the food back after 3 weeks. That's why we only go to the one on hw 35 they always try to make things right and fastthe first time but will apologize and make it right. Read more
Terrible customer service; the cashier sounded almost passive aggressive asking me if I was going to pay rather than telling me... the total for my meal. The cashier also never alluded to a combo meal; I was never asked if I wanted fries and a drink. Afteraround a five to ten minute wait I received my burger and but was never given a drink or directed to where I could receive one.This location sucks. Read more
Even by McDonald's standards, this is a pretty putrid location. Most people would say, "It's a McDonald's, located inside a... Walmart. What in Earth could you possibly expect?" Those people would be correct. However, even in such circumstances a certainlevel of basic human respect and cleanliness is warranted and costs very little to provide. Disrespectful staff and filthy. A old classic fast food stop for us. Staff is friendly. Love the value menu. But not happy with the changing of the large... styrofoam cup to a plastic one. No longer my drink spot. :( Read more
