We went today and the food was not fresh at all, this was around 4pm and they didn?t give us our biscuits when we ordered an... 8pc meal! I tried calling several times and was hung up on every time! I?m tired of coming to this establishment and somethingis always forgotten or the food is trash! I keep giving this place a chance! I use to manage this store years ago so Iunderstand but this is just getting ridiculous! I will just start traveling to the kfc in friendswood or Pearland instead sincethis one in Alvin seems to not understand how to get it together!!!! Read more

I went through the drive through. I was well received and they were patient with me. Food was pretty good. Only real complaint... is that the breading on the chicken falls off too easily. I was surprised by how much KFC in Alvin has improved. I will be back. Read more
