My first time here (I don't get to Alvin often) and I really enjoyed it. My wife and I shared the grilled chicken club sandwich... and it was plenty for both of us. Nice atmosphere. Good spacing between tables. It was fairly crowded (lunch hour) but our orderwas quickly taken and we didn't have to wait long for the food. I'll eat here again. Read more
Great place for home cooked food! Large menu to pick from that changes a little from day to day. I usually always order their... Chicken Fried Steak as it's really hard to beat, it's just that good and one is plenty big for satisfying a big appetite! Iorder mashed potatoes and gravy along with fried okra and a glass of iced tea! They also usually have meatloaf, fried chicken,fried catfish, liver and onions, and a large selection of sides!
