It's JitB. They don't blow up clowns anymore and scare the bejeezus out of small children. So that's a plus. This poor JitB... location has sat in the shadows of it's fancier, more modern, big brother JitB location just a couple miles away, since thatother location was built. I am guilty of thinking this location just looked older and maybe more run down therefore the productsthey serve must be of less quality than the newer location. The truth is, I have experienced better all around service from thislocation, which is practically on my street, than the newer location. So don't run away from the greasy spoon look, it has your2 for $0.99 Tacos there and they are the same as the rich part of town tacos. Keep on cooking guys, you're doing a fine job. Read more
I went in the other night through the drive through and it was a younger Mexican boy and young Mexican girl working and they... were so helpful, kind, and patient with me. I had misplaced my debit card. I was really impressed with them and wish that Iwould of gotten their names because it's because of them I will continue to go to that jack in the box. This place has been hit and miss for me in the last year. Four months ago I bought 5 breakfast Jacks to take to work and every... single one had eggshell pieces. I haven't gone back since. I'm sure the rest of their menu might be ok. On another occasion Iwas told to place my order on line for anything more than 5 sandwiches...eventhough I was the only one in line during the wholetime. I explained to them I don't mind waiting or pulling over to the side if someone else arrived like other businesses makeyou do. They are friendly and food is good, but they really do need to pay a little more attention to cleanliness.

Extremely slow at times as they could use more help, which is understandable, but causes lines to build up quickly and orders to... be handed out slowly. Never had a problem with the food though :D Read more
worst Jack in the Box in town. Worker sat around not taking orders intentionally. Night Shift is horrible and the lady who works... Night Shift is rude, after waiting over 10 min just to get someone to take our order. Asked for a receipt and was given attitudelike I was asking for too much. Proceeded to give us a whole wrong order plus extra food which I?m assuming was the order behindus. This location can?t ever seem to hire people who can actually work and not just sit around and do nothing to get paid. Read more
