Went to this location for the first time #3928 for late night tacos. The employee working the window here made this a 5 star. I... have a JIB two blocks from my house but the service is so consistently bad that I've refused to ever go there again. Theemployee at this location, a Hispanic gentleman, was so polite and helpful, the food was fresh and my order was perfect. I don'tthink employers realize just how much your employees attitude effects a customers decision to return. Although this location isa bit out of my way, and I am only in that area once a week, I will go out of my way to visit. Read more
The butter buns on Jack in the Box Burgers suck. Anytime I stop at Jack In The Box I opt for a croissant bun. And I wish y'all... would go back to not putting mustard on everything. People can put their own condiments on their own food. Read more

Had to repeat our order several times at The order box once confirmed order was correct on the screen drove up paid and had to... send him back several more times to finish giving us our order. Was very ridiculous and aggravating. Read more

IM NOT RATING EMPLOYEES! I am rating the franchise owners for stealing from their customer via the app! On 05/03/22 I first... ordered on the app at the gordon st location, they were out of everything from tacos to ranch. they were trying their best.TONIGHT 05/13/22 I ORDERED ON THE APP AGAIN. Changed locations this time just to be safe. Well they were closed for cleaning butopen on the app! Was told to go to the gordon one because they're owned by the same people and could fulfill my order, well wellwell what do you know their closed as well!
