Have to be honest! By far the nastiest fried rice I?ve ever had! We got two shrimp and one chicken fried rices. I should have... walked out and trusted my gut when I was greeted with a pee smell environment! The restaurant stunk! That was flag one? Thefood! I feel bad because dinner was on me tonight and I wanted fried rice and I drove to Alvin to try something new, neveragain! Yuck!! We were so hungry too and I don?t like to waste food or hard earned money but this had to be thrown away. Not surehow this place is even open. i came to eat here because i was craving chinese food and when i came in there the lady in black hair was nasty towards her... employees and when i was waiting for my order the employees there kept giving me dirty looks and muttered something towards eachother. never eating here again. Read more
Food was not good and they got my whole order wrong. Too much food is given and none of it taste good. Not going back.
I was a little nervous given the negative reviews but this place was perfect for quick and tasty food. I ordered online and... picked up which was super easy and fast. The woman who helped me at the counter was very sweet and gave me an extra egg rollsince I had to wait for my food. I finally broke down and came here despite the vast majority of negative reviews because a co-worker said the price was right... and the food wasn't "that bad". Well, while the food may not be THAT bad, it's still pretty bad. For starters, it's not evenclose to Chinese food. The rice looks and tastes like Uncle Ben's instant rice. It's not even white! I ordered the Moo Goo GaiPan and it tasted like chicken soup you'd get from a homeless shelter. Not to mention the distinct lack of chicken and theabundance of expired and/or canned vegetables (see included photo). For the price, I should have just gone to McDonald's.Definitely will not be back. Hit up the drive-thru Chinese place on House and Gordon. Read more
Good food, polite and fast crew. Ordered the pepper steak and egg drop soup, both tasted great. Also had an eggroll perfectly... cooked, not greasy. Restaurant and bathrooms were both very clean, could have used some background music. Read more
