Nico was AWESOME! Very happy, professional and took our orders with great energy & Got our orders correct. Handled situations... professionally. And is so dedicated to working that his only form of transportation is a bike, but manages to get to workeveryday! We have always been big fans of Wendy's, just better quality of products, but Nico (and other staff) makes us wantto keep coming back!!! Our Mt. Pleasant Windy's is nice, friendly, and respectful. We love the food and usually do drive through window.
Food was good and hot, as always. Dining room was clean, and our service was prompt.
I was there around 3:30 p.m. It was a busy day and it was the 1st time I was getting to eat. The person who was taking my order.... Asked are you Diabetic I said yeah. They went and gave me a Orange juice; cause they knew my blood sugar was off just by lookingat me. Thank you for being so alert and helpful. Read more
My family and I ate at the mp wendys tonight (7/9 at about 7pm) inside and not only was the dining room so clean but the young... lady who served as was so polite and deserves to be recognized! She was super sweet with my children, offered them a toy (eventhough we didn?t buy happy meals) and even offered to clean up our trays for us while we were still sitting. Kids these dayshave no manners and this young woman was fantastic (wish I would have got her name!) but great job to you dear you are whatevery fast food worker needs! It's Wendy's, but I'm giving this particular location 3 stars. Perhaps it was the day/time I had been there that was... unfortunate. The drive-thru was long so I went in. The line inside was short - 2 in front of me and one behind me. The staffseemed overwhelmed and unorganized. I know everywhere it seems to be the same story of being short-handed, but that didn'tappear to be the case to me anyways. Some customers were getting inpatient and rude, which seems to be par for the courseanymore. I was in a hurry but remained calm and patient. I hope they're able to improve.
