Suzys was my favorite icecream place ever since I was little I absolutely love the custard and their selection had expanded... which is even better. Last year everything I got was spot on perfect but now it?s a bunch of young girls who are ignorant anddon?t make your order correctly. I got a milkshake and it tasted like milk. I asked for 3 large scoops of custard and it lookedlike a pup cup for how small my dish was. The young girls working kept laughing when they shut the window. Very rude. Sad Idon?t feel welcome to go anymore because I don?t want to get Laughed at. The manager is a lovely lady i know she can?t work allthe time unfortunately but definitely think they need better staff. I have been here countless times and never been disappointed. The prices are very reasonable. My favorite part of Suzy?s is the... different flavors of custards. There?s always something new- no matter the season. If you like seasonal custards, they havethose too. If you want to know the daily featured flavors, there is a calendar updated monthly. You can even call and order aparticular flavor of that week in case you can?t make it for that day. Also important to note, friendly staff and outdoorseating available. Read more
We are local and today was our first time coming here. Definitely will be going back. They have SO many different flavors. Along... with cupcakes, deli sandwiches, bubble tea, smoothies, you name it! They conveniently have a drive thru which is really nice.The wait can be a little long, but understandable with how busy they get. The staff was nice and the environment is clean ???? Read more
