The last 2 times I came to this dunkin my order was wrong. The last time I ordered a M hot French vanilla macchiato. I ordered... in the drive thru and got my drink. It had no vanilla or sugar in it. So I went inside to advise my order was wrong..I believethe manager may have helped me said to get me a new drink and gave me a donut for having to come back in, which was very nice.Got that drink and left. Which it was the exact same as the first one I received. No vanilla creamer or sugar. I just went homeand added my own things at that point. Today I went and ordered 3 things. M hot French vanilla macchiato, Everything bagel withcream cheese and hashbrowns. Get to the window she's handing me a cold coffee. I said I ordered a hot macchiato. She takes itback gives me my food and the bagel is in there and snackin bacon. I told her I ordered hashbrowns. And the girl that took theorder was off to the side a little and with an attitude said to the coworker I was talking to in the drivethru (she said snackinbacon) I then leaned up so I could see her and i said no I ordered hashbrowns. Very unprofessional to say while I'm sitting atthe window and 2 out of the 3 things i ordered was wrong. So they added the hashbrowns to my bag and gave me. I had to ask formy coffee that needed fixed also. My receipt also said hot coffee. Very unhappy with that dunkin visit! I will not return tothis dunkin. Read more
Only giving 2 stars because of one o the girls working there named kiley I believe, literally the nicest worker there she... Listens to what you want and gives you exactly what you ask for. Everyone else I?ve dealt with on the other hand is just sad.They?re mostly older and they?re so ignorant. I went in the other day and kiley got me exactly what I asked for and was supernice. Went in today and it was older women and they were so snobby and rude and unprofessional and didn?t make my drinkcorrectly and when I asked for them to fix it they said nothing was wrong with it and practically made me take my incorrectdrink. Absolutely terrible this is the second time I just got steamed milk in a cup with no coffee.a complete waste of $5 Go in to have... them remake it and receive a slopped up cup. The machine does the work so clearly what?s the issue. Will not be returning. Read more
How does a dunkin managed to not keep making donuts the entire time they're open? When I called the girl who answered the phone... made a noise of disgust when I asked. This is 100% ridiculous and "it's hard" just because they obviously don't want to makemore is not an excuse. Read more
Getting a bit tired of always having to actually toast my bagels when I get back home. I also never get told when my transaction... in the drive thru is complete, no "thank you" or "have a nice day", they just hand the food over and walk away. I worked in acoffee/donut shop with a drive thru before, I know what it is like, and the customer service here is really lacking. I'm notsure if the workers need better training or just a better attitude, because I personally didn't need trained to tell someone"thank you, have a nice day" when the transaction was complete. After an abundance of visits im considering not going anymore. Its 2/10 times the coffee taste like it?s made correctly. The... coffee never has any flavor and it taste burnt almost every time. (I usually get a latte) Other then the cons the line isusually quick and the staff is usually friendly. Read more

They are open and centrally located in a plaza. Very inconsistent. Stick to donuts here and you'll be less disappointed. I gave... them an extra star because they have snackin bacon. The end. Read more
