Went back after having a bad experience when they opened. Heard they redid the menu. I had a meat pizza and wife had a caprisi... noddle dish. Both were prepared well and tasty. Service was quick and precise. Drinks were pricy. Read more
Don't waste your time coming here. I am not blaming the waitress, because they were extremely understaffed and only had one... server, but the whole thing was terrible. No one noticed we had come in for over twenty minutes. We had to ask the waitress toclear dirty dishes off a table so we could seat our entire party. It took forever to get waters and menus, the menus were awrinkled piece of paper. It doesn?t cost that much to go to office max and laminate a piece of paper. We were there for over 90minutes before we got any food. I could see the salad sitting on the counter for a long time before the waitress brought it andI almost got up to get it myself. They were not very busy so it shouldn?t have taken so long. The pizza was like a cracker. Thetoppings didn't even go to the edge of the pizza. There wasn't much cheese, and the toppings were scarce. We had to stop at KwikTrip to get more food after because we were still hungry. Oh, and it is not okay to corner a customer and complain about the tipthey gave you. The pizza was super overpriced and small. I mean come on, $23.75 for a 14 inch slice of cardboard? Just go buysome frozen pizzas if that?s what you want to eat. If you want cracker pizza and don't like cheese then come to this restaurant. But you should probably call first and make sure they have more than one server working so you don?t have to wait all day. The food is decent for Eau Claire. The service was fine except that the kitchen lost the ticket for our pizza. We were in no... hurry, but it took forever to get our pizza. We were not offered a free drink, nor did they offer to reduce the price of thepizza. Apparently there wasn't a manager present. A good manager would have noticed the couple sitting at the same table for anhour with no food. The young woman who waited on us was very nice. Doubt I will go back. Read more
Oofh...maybe I'm just a speck of dirt on the boot of wanna-be fancy resultants but I don't understand the hype. The food was... fine I guess. How it got $$ for price is a little shocking because it seemed to be one of the most expensive places I've been toin Eau Claire and the most unsatisfying. My fiance is a skinny guy and gets full easily but after we bought appetizers AND apizza, we had to go to McDonalds afterwards because we weren't full, nor were we satisfied. We got some interesting pizza withsun dried tomatoes and some other veggies and it had 5 pieces of toppings. Like 2 tiny tomato pieces, 2 little slices ofwhatever veggie it was, and one piece of meat. On the whole pizza. 2 of my slices didn't have any toppings on them. I guess itwas my fault for not asking but it didn't have any sauce or cheese...? Just 5 pieces of toppings and a drizzle of some brownsauce on a dry pizza crust. It was odd. I've never really thought to ask a pizza place if the pizza comes with sauce, cheese, and toppings. When I mentioned I was reviewing this place all my fiance could do was groan lol. It wasn't the worst food I'vehad, it was interesting and tasty, I just wouldn't suggest going there if you're actually hungry. Also, the fact that themanager/owner can't take an honest/negative review is horrible. Snapping at customers for an honest review? Woof. After seeingthat I will never ever step foot in that place again. Read more

The keto crust pizza I ordered was burnt. They didn't comp it, even though I told the server, and it was visibly burnt, hardly... eaten, and I didn't box it up. The giant meatball was good. Understaffed, so service was painfully slow... Not necessarily theservers' fault, but made for an annoying experience, and tables went unbussed for long periods of time... Maybe most peopledon't care about that, but it's a pet peeve of mine. Probably won't be coming back Read more
