First time coming here was the day after Black Friday and their associates were super quick with preparing my salad and very... friendly. You can create your own salad for 9 dollars and I think you get 5 toppings ( could be 4). You can get double meat atno additional charge, and you also get as much dressing as you need. This salad was very high quality, just as a good ( or evenbetter) than a salad that you would get from hello bistro and you?re not paying as much for it. Would recommend to anyone thatis looking for a great healthy lunch option in Altoona. Read more

A wonderful little place to get a healthy meal. Finding a place to eat out that has healthy options can be a bit difficult in... Altoona but this place is a wonderful little gem hidden among all the fast food restaurants that fill this town. Read more

This might be the best priced and best quality salad in altoona. Not your bar or sandwich shop style soggy frys and cheese mix.... Everything was fresh and the size of a salad you get for 10 bucks is awesome. Staff was also great with explaining everythingand helping with the substitutions. My new favorite salad joint! I was totally stoked to try this restaurant, based on a co-worker's recommendation. Unfortunately, my meal definitely did not... live up to the hype. Menu is lacking in any kind of creativity. I ordered a cobb salad with green goddess dressing. No optionto add chicken, which was okay, but a little disappointing. Salad was really small, the lettuce wasn't cut all the way throughwhich made it really difficult to eat, the hard boiled egg was way overcooked, the bacon bits were clearly from a jar or pouch, and the avocado was so under-ripe, it was literally inedible. The dressing was oily and tasteless. Save yourself adisappointing experience and order from anywhere else. I've had better convenience store salads. Read more

I loved this cute little salad shop! They have specialty salads, build your own, and daily sandwiches. It's hard to find good... healthy food for a good price and on the go! Staff were friendly and place was very clean. Oh and the pecan coleslaw wasdelicious! Highly recommend! Read more

It was my mom and I's first time here and we?ll definitely be back! The staff was super nice and helpful. The actual salads... themselves were amaaaazing. We liked how there were some different dressings that you don?t normally see. All in all, greatplace, great salads. Altoona needed a place like this! Read more

I was so excited to try this place out. However I have mixed reviews. We got 3 salads, 2 build your own and one of their... specialty salads. The specialty salad was LOADED with toppings and lettuce, the lid barely closed. The build your own saladswere FAR less of a portion. (Without weighing) I'd say about half by weight. The portions of the toppings were not enough. I maygive them another try but for 9 dollars for a cold salad, you should receive more. Read more
