The old lady apparently doesn't know how to read and follow simple rudimentary instructions especially when it is PREMADE and... all you have to do is READ which one to give me. Nobody cares about doing a good job anymore and its just sad. Read more
Given its proximity to HQ, I expected it to be clean (it was) and well-kept (ditto). It didn't seem to be as well-oiled in... operation as the Joppa, MD location I am more familiar with. There was at least one large beer delivery left in the aisle withno one actively working to put it away, employees working on food preparation seemed to be jumping back and forth betweenorders, and random people not recognizable as employees seemed to be wandering around behind the counters and through the foodpreparation areas. Every time i stop after work..around 12:30am...the cappuccino machine is torn apart. So i have to drive 2 miles out of my way to... the next closest sheetz for my cappuccino. Also, the younger staff working there could be more friendly? Read more
While in the store an adult with special needs was asking questions to an employee about what she was doing. Instead of... answering quickly and blowing him off because she was busy, she explained to him in a friendly manner what her task was. Shekept a conversation with him and was so accepting. As a parent of a special needs parent this melted my heart! Kiddos sheetz forhaving such an exceptional employee!! Read more
Only establishment I've ever been to that is consistently understaffed. They're greedy, and don't care what we have to say or... think so long as we keep spending our money there. The night manager Rob is a total lazy tool. When he's working there's nevercoffee, and the machines that provide cream, sugar etc are unattended, dirty and empty. Not to mention his attitude towardcustomers is appalling. As a flagship location beside your corporate office one would assume you want to leave a goodimpression.....needs help. Read more
