Visited Altoona and got in late. Most everywhere else was closed so I opted for Papa John?s. Please forgive me as I forget the... gentleman?s name who took my delivery order but he was very pleasant, personable and patient with me. I ordered 30 plain chickenpoppers with BBQ on the side. 40 minutes (as he said it would be) they arrived. WOW! They were amazing! I?ve had Dominoes andwhere I live, they are horrible. We just ordered a pizza, and we had to go to sheetz to break a big bill we had for a tip. He ended up getting to our apartment... before we got back, and he called us while we were in the store to let us know he?s there. We explained that we?ll be there inabout 3 ish minutes and he didn?t hesitate to wait for us! I wish I knew his name to give! Read more
Terrible customer service. Don't trust the app I was charged 9 times for my order. Forced to jump threw hoops to get a refund.... Very little concern from anyone with the company. It was very frustrating consider I ended up paying $126 for 3 pizzas. Willnever order from papa John's ever again. Terrible company stick to the local shops. Read more
I ordered for delivery on our very snowy day and they couldn't make it to the house which is totally understandable. But on... there app that lets you know if it's on the way or delivered or whatever said it was delivered. It never was. Sonic called causeI was wondering where my delivered pizza was. They claimed they called. No phone call was ever made. So I'm wondering if Ihadn't of called and just let it go what would of happened with my money that I paid since it was "delivered". I just feel thiswas bad business all around. Definitely hope this is not normal business practice for them. I called again to make sure my moneywas refunded and they were kinda rude. Excellent pizza! Arrived into town pretty late after driving through the rain and poor visibility. Called from our hotel and... they were very patient through a poor phone connection while we placed order. Pizza arrived in shorter time than promised hotand fresh. Cooked to perfection.
