I always evaluate as it is in my personal opinion. Well, what can I say about "OLD CAROLINA BBQ" 1) the staff is excellent, the... employees are cool and friendly. 2) the price is affordable 3) the design of the room is nothing like that, nice, in a word itwill do, by the way they also have a sink for washing hands right in the hall where they eat, it's cool) 4) the cabbage salad isgood. 5) well, now about the main thing for which everyone initially goes to this cafe and goes there to eat meat, so aboutmeat, meat is cooked without a soul, in fact, as in all franchised places. I took a brisket, it was dry. I also took chickenwings, they were even drier, a mix of different spices was sprinkled on them, but believe me, apart from salt, nothing is feltthere, well, a slightly light note of pepper. Got a ton of take out there yesterday for a family of 3 and it was excellent! The ribs held a true bite like they should. The... brisket salad my wife got for $9 is a bargain in today's economy and will last for a couple meals. My boy devoured the mac andcheese. The vinegar slaw paired well with the pulled pork on sandwiches. The only thing we didn't try was the chicken but I willdefinitely be back. The only reason I am giving this business three stars is because the staff was super friendly. The chicken wings were too salty... to even eat. The chicken breast was dry. I was unable to taste any smoke flavor on any of the meat. The only thing I would orderagain was the fries but I don't go to bbq restaurants for the fries. Read more

This place was so clean and friendly. The food was bursting with flavor and the meat melts in your mouth. The environment has a... down home feel too it and the workers are so helpful and fast.
