ZERO STARS! (It?s only getting one so I can post my review) I will NEVER stop at this Dunkin again. My friend and I stopped for... a few donuts to take home and a small snack as we had been out all afternoon. My friend received her sandwiches before mine andI had ordered before her so I went and asked where mine was. The ?manager on duty ? as he called himself proceeded to argue withme and tell me that I had already gotten my sandwich not once, not twice, but three times! Before he asked the kitchen staff andthey said they never made it. I am 6.5 months pregnant and feel as if I was discriminated against being treated as if I justwanted another sandwich for free because I?m ?pregnant ?. If I wanted another sandwich I could have paid for another .. I wantedthe sandwich I rightfully paid for! This Dunkin is a disgrace. The ?manager on duty? was not professional and never onceapologized for their mistake. I understand mistakes happen but to sit and argue with me and pretty much call me a liar was sounprofessional! I?ll be sure all of my family and friends knows about this as well. Very DISRESPECTFUL! Ordered breakfast sandwiches they came out really fast and when we opened them they were raw and not fully cooked. Way to get... people sick. Also they close early randomly. You don't get what you pay for anymore these days because workers are not heldaccountable and do what they want Read more

I usually come here often and it?s usually pretty good but today I had ordered a lg iced coffee with no ice for my mom and when... I got the window it was half way filled so I?m not sure if this is how it is. The one in Johnstown filled it to the top. I didcall manager and I asked so if I was to order a lg coke I would then get it half way filled and she said yes. I would expect ifa customer is asking for no ice it?s filled to the top I?m pretty sure any customer would think that since they do put so muchice in their coffees. Read more
If there was a 0 star option I would select that. I pulled into this location, in a rush, and there was one car moving toward... the pickup window. I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes, told to hold, and had to wait another 3 before my order was taken. Theattitude of the manager, who was running the drive through speaker, was very rude, as if me ordering anything was a chore. Ipulled to the pickup window were I waited another 5 minutes, one drink came out, another two minutes, another drink, finally 5minutes goes by and I am asked to please pull around to the front to wait on my breakfast sandwich. I said no, I would waithere, and asked to speak to the manager. Another couple minutes goes by and I finally got my burnt horrible sandwich (see pic).As if the painful wait and charred sandwich weren't enough both of my drinks were not the way I ordered and tasted horrible. Intotal I spent over 25 minutes waiting for two coffees and a burnt breakfast sandwich. I am normally a very docileunderstanding person, but I will never go within 100 feet of this DD again, and I plan on calling their corporate office.
