ZERO STARS! (It?s only getting one so I can post my review) I will NEVER stop at this Dunkin again. My friend and I stopped for... a few donuts to take home and a small snack as we had been out all afternoon. My friend received her sandwiches before mine andI had ordered before her so I went and asked where mine was. The ?manager on duty ? as he called himself proceeded to argue withme and tell me that I had already gotten my sandwich not once, not twice, but three times! Before he asked the kitchen staff andthey said they never made it. I am 6.5 months pregnant and feel as if I was discriminated against being treated as if I justwanted another sandwich for free because I?m ?pregnant ?. If I wanted another sandwich I could have paid for another .. I wantedthe sandwich I rightfully paid for! This Dunkin is a disgrace. The ?manager on duty? was not professional and never onceapologized for their mistake. I understand mistakes happen but to sit and argue with me and pretty much call me a liar was sounprofessional! I?ll be sure all of my family and friends knows about this as well. Very DISRESPECTFUL! The ?manager on duty?needs to go back to training to learn how to care for his customers because he truly does not know how to take care ofcustomers! Read more
