I love this spot. So many flavors to chose from. Its self serve. (Thank God cause those girls are almost always on their phones... or talking to eachother) The establishment is great for a wonderful price. And as for staff, I think its the age group they hiretbh. Read more
This location has the most unhappy employees I?ve ever seen anywhere in my life. I often wonder if they are being held prisoner... and forced to work. I have to mentally prepare myself to come into this location and deal with the misery from the staff. Nowbecause if Covid it?s worse! Before you only had to interact with them when you checked out but now it?s hard to finish theirgetting your ice cream for you and picking your toppings, which is always a disaster. We love this place! Edit, a year later. We used to love this place. Idk if management has changed, but it as drastically gone... downhill. Often times, we have been here hours before close (like 4:30 or 5:00) and they are out of half of their flavors. Weusually don't get greeted when we walk in, workers are just goofing off with each other and they are out of the best flavors. Idon't know how you can be a frozen yogurt place (literally, that's all they serve) and always be out of half of what you sell. It seems lazy and unprofessional. We usually end up going to Dairy Queen. They always have what is on the menu. Read more

First time visitor. Location was clean and quiet. Was greeted by clerk who asked if it was our 1st time and showed us the... different stations (not that many flavor options. Both of us ended up settling on diff flavors than we wanted). The clerkproceeds to tell us that since it was Wed we could get as much as we wanted for $5 and offered Waffle bowls as well. We grabbedour cups and proceeded to fill them up. Once we got to the register we were told the price was $25. When we explained that theother clerk told us the price was $5 and pointed her out to the register person. She said that we grabbed the wrong cups andthere wasn't anything she could do about it. Would have appreciated if the clerk told us, knowing it was our first time therethat the promotion was only for a certain cup. Was a very disappointing experience and will not be returning. Giving 2 starsbecause the place was clean and if you really want to spend $20 on 1 of 6 yogurt options, you may enjoy it. Read more

Tasty ice cream but the selection was small - employees didn't refill empty dispensers. The toppings bar was full and fresh. Two... cashiers more or less just standing at the register talking to each other. Not all that attentive or friendly. Read more
