Coolest coffee shop inside an old school building, and their banana bread is phenomenal! Also had the yogurt parfait with chia... seeds and it was yum. Had a craving while out in Alton. Google coffee near me, and Maeva's popped up. Super chill and eclectic place. Awesome... selection of baked offerings. Hubby got a latte. I got the Mud Mocha Iced. Wanted to try something new, and this thing hadcharcoal in it. Love, love, love this cold coffee. Absolutely delicious. Staff was super friendly, chatting with us as they madeour drinks. We always like hitting the small local coffee shops over chains. If in Alton, be sure to stop here. Entrance is onthe side of the old school house.
