Okay so TELL ME WHY NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES FIXING THE FOOD WEAR GLOVES?! When I went to pick up my food they told me it was... taking a little longer because I asked for well done and the guy seemed to have an attitude about it. The girl at the front wasjust sitting in her chair on her phone the guy who had the attitude was using dirty rags to clean the floor and the had theAUDACITY to touch my food. He was cleaning and preparing food. Again, NO GLOVES. disgusting. I will never order from here again.Also I believe the manager was in the back doing paperwork of some sort and did not correct his employees. We called and asked if we can order food over the phone and he says no so I told him we would be there in 20 minutes and the... manager says ok that's fine. The restaurant wasn't close to close time so we walked in and and runs up and says they are nottaking orders no more. Maybe if he wasn't in a hurry to get home to hit his dab pen and take care of customers this would be abetter place to eat. Seems everyone in this place has a attitude. I went in on Friday. The French fries had so much potato skin on them I was un able to eat them. The chicken wings were not... crispy at all. Looked like wings were boiled and hot sauce throw over them. I will not order those again. I had to place them inmy oven to brown them. No crispness ever appeared but glad wings browned. I did eat them but not much flavor. Funny but I wasthere a few days prior and returned on Friday( hope to get repeat excellent food)but it did not measure up to the initial service. That's okay. Would love to give no stars. I used to love Wingstop and would get the lemon pepper wings. I'm not sure if there is new... management but things have changed. If you order wings, check your order everytime. The last time I went there and checked myfood, I was baffled to see these tiny pieces of chicken. I wouldn't even call that chicken. I would call it scraps, bottom ofthe barrel. I ordered a 15 piece and got maybe 3 good sized pieces. It was a joke. I asked to speak to a manager and she told methat's how they come. I told her I'm going to need more because this is not edible. She didn't seem to care and walked away andthey gave me another box with more good sizes. No apology, nothing. The customer service here is bad and they spend a lot oftime just talking really loud and laughing. This has happened twice and the male manager didn't care one bit either. He sighedand asked what would you like me to do. I said I would like you to give me good sized pieces not these tiny breaded pieces withno chicken. No apology again. Just don't waste your time going here because you will feel cheated by the amount you pay and thepieces you get. Read more
I ordered the bundle which comes with 16 wings six chicken tenders and fries? Picture on the left only shows four chicken... tenders and they are the smallest I?ve ever seen. Lazy employees, unfriendly, if they hate their job so much go get an education. The floors the tables completely dirty. They... don?t even call your name when the food is ready. Next the food, let me tell you that I was born and raise in Chicago thewingstop in Chicago had the best flavor I honestly don?t know what happened here, fries are gross, wings disgusting.
