What a AMAZING hidden gem in the heart of Maitland! There are many Caribbean restaurants but this place stole my heart. (We all... know the way to the heart is through the belly????) Excellent service, imacualnt venue and the food is truly worth the tripfrom any corner of the city. Chef Salzano truly elevates the flavors, textures and technique with this island favorite. Thepickled onions and carrots are the greatest addition to a meal I've encounter in a very long time. MUST TRY!!! Yummm!!!! This place is to die for. The meals are a great portion and the chef is full of love. You can taste the passion in... every bite. I have ordered delivery and dined in at this location. I'd like to see more franchises, I felt like I was submergedin culture eating in and enjoying the conversations and laughs with the staff and other patrons.
