To start this review off there's two teams I've been coming here for a month straight and team 1 is the black/white team... running and they're fantastic, everything is spectacular 5 stars ???? for them. But team 2 is the Hispanic team yes there fastbut they barely speak English and they try to push and rush your order and they messed up my order. So I asked them if they canfix it and they refused I asked for light ice I got a cup of ice, my fries have no salt, and they combined two orders into oneand then refused to separate them, on top of all of this the employee got the manager and she refused to do anything as well.Team two gets 2 stars ???? everything was 1-2 stars besides the food which was a 4 stars ???? The claim to be open at 630am, but lately seem to open whenever they want. Tried to go this morning and they hadn't even flipped... the menus and it was after 7am. They were in the process of flipping and the lady waved me off and made a rude facialexpression. They tend to be very unfriendly and i get it, not a morning person myself, but then dont work where you have to dealwith customers. I won't be spending my money here anymore. Read more

Asked to be helped at kiosk due to having a coupon. Was Ignored while 6 cars at drive thru were helped, asked again told to wait... more, 10 min is enough to wait to order. It was fun watching an employee make their own personal food while we couldn't evenorder ours. Had an issue 6 months ago, tried again, won't be a third chance. The management needs to manage a better customerexperience. Read more
The folks at this location are usually great. Though it can get a little slower in the evening... Service wise. Certain times of... the evening can lead to 20+ minute wait time in the drive thru. Sometimes a good 5+ minutes after you get to the menu. (Why doyou take so long to order when you had all that time to look at the menu???) You wait the time if you really want it. It's veryvery rare for me to have something wrong with my order at this spot. And the wait usually means your food is going to be hot andfresh. Always serving all the way up till 2AM not like others Wendy's (2200 W State Rd 434, Longwood, FL 32779) that be closing way... before scheduled hours (12am they be closing at 10pm with the open sign still ON!), now this location it's by far the bestwithin the area deserve 6 stars!! Good, Fast & Friendly Staff !! At least with me it has always been like this, this feedback isbased in my own experience, I know it can be different depending the hours or crew, I usually go here late night. Read more
I avoid this location. The one across chickfila is way better. If you decide to go here out of desperation or distance, be... prepared to wait. There is usually a long line wrapped around. It doesn't matter if there is a long line or just you waiting atthe speaker. They will make you wait at least 5 mins per each car. I'm not sure why they chose this process but it's veryannoying. Maybe they are trying to catch up and a couple of times was told that they were short staffed and had only 2 workers.One time there was 5 cars ahead of me and I had no choice but to wait because it was for my picky son. I fell asleep and tooklike a 5 min nap because the wait was so long. When you get to the speaker they don't greet you and just make you wait. Time isvaluable and this is not how you treat your customers. I refuse to go here. Read more
Usually avoid Wendy's but it was a matter of convenience. In my opinion the food is not that good and over priced. Chicken... Sandwich was bland. The Parmesan Chicken Salad was fresh and you get a good portion but that would be all I would order if Iever have to eat at Wendy's again. Read more
