Slow service and got my order wrong. Food was fresh though.
Altamonte mall taco bell. 3 employees, my order was taken wrong when nothing was complicated just two beefy layers just beef and... chesse, two hard tacos no salad, and when tried to correct it they gave me a bad attitude, I waited 30 minutes for my order tobe served, only one customer ahead of me the whole time who also waited about 40 minutes or more because he was allready waitingfor his food when I got here. When my food was finally done, the bag was thrown on the table. Mind you before anyone saysanything Im never rude to anyone because I myself have worken im fast foods, so I was always polite. If you are in a hurry dontstop here. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPER SLOW. Read more

Drive thru line is so long and slow i wait 30 minutes in it....i sat at the speaker and talked to it said hello hello for 10... minutes nobody speaks soiwent to order at the window since they dont answer i get to the window qnd she wont take my order tellske go back around they. This place advertises they are open until 6 on Sunday. At 545 they are already turning people away because they are close.... Horrible way to make money. Business Fail! Read more
Poor service, no nacho fries available, neither combos, cold meat for burritos, I don't recommend it.
