Order was accurate, but I waited almost 30 minutes for my food. That's crazy. Also when I asked for truffle sauce, I was told it... was discontinued. This was as I was staring at the item on their menu with truffle sauce and it literally came out 2 weeks ago. Read more
Extremely short-staffed, which I understand, but it does make an inconvenience for everyone because the line was slow and my... order was messed up. I got beef instead of cheese like I asked for and I don?t eat meat! Quite the surprise ???? Then I didn?thave time to go back because I was running late from the long drive thru line? I do like Taco Bell, but not on this day. It was not a good day for Taco Bell. 1). The drive thru could not take any orders due... to lack of staff. 2). You had to place your own order on 2 computer screens on the wall behind all the customers waiting. 3). Isuggested they put a closed sign or a safety cone at the entrance, so customers knew it wasn't open. Guess what? That's againstCompany Policy. They would rather inconvenience every drive-thru customer and trap them in a line that is backed up. 4.) Theyshorted my order, which was upsetting to me. The staff was friendly as usual. But what would have been a quick trip, turned intoalmost 45 minutes. Next time we want Taco Bell, I will call first to see if the drive-thru is up and running. Read more
Awful. Just awful. Gave me a 1/2 completed order without saying anything. When I asked for the missing items, they informed me... they were out of them- I understand you can't control inventory, but seems kinda rude to just intentionally give a 1/2 completedorder without saying anything. Didn't offer a substitute item, didn't offer a refund. Not to mention it took forever to receivethe items I did get, and then the food was garbage. The employees were just messing around the entire time with a drive-thruline wrapped around building and a dining room full of people waiting. Read more
They tried to bribe me with a free drink. It took 21 minutes to make my order and the lie I was fed about "there's only one guy... in the kitchen" was contradicted instantly when someone other than that "one guy" walked over with half my order. Get your acttogether you have 3 people on register and nobody in drive thru, one of them can help in the kitchen. They couldn't even look mein the eye when they finally sheepishly proffered my order. This is the worst taco bell I've ever been to and I've been todozens on the east coast even in Manhattan where the prices are doubled and you legitimately can't fit anymore than one or twocooks in the kitchen at a time due to how expensive real estate is, they still moved faster than these employees. If this is onmanagement then so be it, these innocent employees are victim to a predatory business model. Either way, you earned this 1 star. Read more
Other than when they're supposedly open till 2 or 3AM but run out of lettuce, tomatoes; shredded cheese and/or other toppings... by 12:30AM, this Taco Bell is fine. Store employees are friendly and food quality is exactly what you expect from fast food. Ataco with no lettuce, tomatoes or cheese isn't much of a taco and I doubt they were discounting them for the missing toppings Read more
I feel so incredibly bad for the people that work there. They are so understaffed that it is a miracle they don't all quit. They... deserve a huge raise. It took 25 min to get my order and they were working non stop. It is, in no way, their fault that they areso behind. My brother worked in Taco Bell as his first job and had twice the people with half the orders. Taco Bell corp willnot let you cancel an order that is paid for. Shame on you Taco Bell. You need to hire more people and pay the workers that dostay better Read more
