For the 2nd consecutive time that I have visited this location they are out of all breads except wheat and flat bread. It was... 730pm not what I would consider a late night order. While the "Sandwich Artist" was friendly and informed us of this right away.I was annoyed that once again they have run out of a staple for a SUB shop. Sorry Subway I guess I smell the smoke and hear thealarm, I will be taking my business down the road to Firehouse. Read more

If I could do 0 stars I would!! I go in and order a 6 inch Philly cheese steak and I didn't particularly know what all came on... the sandwich but after he puts Mayo on my sandwich he asks me do I want Mayo and I said no you didn't even ask me before you putit on the sandwich so he remakes the sandwich and it's complaining to me that you should have known how what all came on thesandwich and I said no cuz you guys just changed to this new menu so now he doesn't even basically ask me if I want anythingelse on my sandwich and just makes it all over again and doesn't put anything else on the sandwich and I still wanted otherthings on my sandwich this is the worst customer service ever!!!! I am extremely frustrated at my visit today. I placed an online order to pick up on my lunch break along with others in my... office. I arrived on time to pick up my order and it was ready. my other order under Luther was not so not so I patiently waitedas they other orders first. to the 1st customer who wanted a small drink they told him he couldn't order a small because theywere out of cups. he did not want to pay extra so in a degrading voice said due to the shortage of supply in America you cantget a small. to the 2nd customer who just said "hi" crystal the 1st employee told the customer I know you are in a rush but soam I. When she got to me to make the second sandwich finally she only gave me a 6" even though I paid for a 12" when I let herknow it was suppose to be a 12" she got mad and told Amy to make it. She asked if i still wanted a bottle sprite that I alreadypaid or online and when I replied yes she said fine its not gonna be cold though . I was beyond patient and both Crystal and Amywere rude and gave attituded to everyone. when I told them I have been patient and they have been nothing but rude they began tofight with me and even laugh saying this isn't us being rude its us being straight forward. A pick up that should have onlytaken 5 min turned into 30 and thy completely ruined my day. I will not be returning. Also once I finally get to work my orderis incorrect! The food was fine, the issue was with the "sandwich artist." First of all, she was by herself and it was very clear she wasn't... happy to be there. There was no greeting other than to say that she was out of meatballs, tuna, and cups. When making thesandwiches for the customer in front of us she did not wear a mask or gloves. She put on gloves when she made our food. When wewere paying, we wanted to use the balance on a gift card but the card reader wasn't cooperating. She said she wasn't going to doanything. She said her manager knows how to do it and the manager wasn't there. She wasn't willing to contact the manager tofigure out how to do the override. We don't plan on returning to Subway. Read more

Placed an online order for 2 melts. The sandwich that is a complete mess and unable to even eat was made by the store manager of... this subway Dylan. If he's okay with serving his customers this then he shouldn't be a store manager this is unacceptable. Wehad to go all the way back to the store and Crystal remade the sandwich which is the one that looks good. She apologized for forwhat happened even though it was not her fault. Thank you Crystal for remaking the sandwich and caring about your customers. Read more
