My partner and I rarely get coffee. When we get it at this location, it is never consistent. We only order two drinks (caramel... ribbon crunch and white chocolate cappuccino) and don?t make any changes. Last time we got the caramel ribbon crunch, theydidn?t add the whipped cream at the bottom or the crunchy bits. Today, my partner ran in to get two white chocolate cappuccinosbecause we have a long day ahead. He got to the car with the lightest cups. Literally only 1/4 of the cups is ?white chocolatecappuccino? but has no white chocolate flavor at all. It just tastes like a plain cappuccino. The rest is just foam. I can?tdrink it at all because it is so bitter. Very frustrating. Read more
All machines have been apparently broken over a month now . I wanted an iced Mocha and they said they would need the espresso to... make which isn?t even correct . They staff seems lazy and not wanting make anything but simple hot coffee which is all yourallowed to order . I hope this location is looked into as it does not reflect the Starbucks company?s customer service in goodway . Read more

Climbed out of bed and headed to Starbucks to get ready for a long night. When I arrived 25 minutes before closing I was... surprised to see that had closed already. When I asked what time they closed, I was told it varies.
