I go here several times a week and order the exact same drink (a tall hot latte with oat milk). This morning, I picked it up and... noticed that it was significantly lighter than usual. There was an employee sitting next to the pickup orders on her phone. Iasked her to hold it to see if it felt light. She agreed. But nothing was said about simply adding more to my drink.
