I was here are 730 on Monday 8/9. I ordered a small smoothie with added protein and fat burner. The tall blond girl made my... smoothie and I left. I watched her pour another cup and a half from the blender that my drink order came from and hand it toher friend who was leaning on the counter. She must not have liked it because she looked at me through the window and threwboth cups in the trash. I realized that if I got less than 1/2 of my blended drink, I didn't get full scoops of addedingredients I paid for. When I went back in and asked for another smoothie that contained to ingredients I paid for, they saidI got most of the extras but it's normal for what I asked for to get extra foamy? The darker haired manager? Offered to makeanother smoothie so I could get the fat burner I added.. really rude comment.. I thanked them and left with my original foamysmoothie. The young lady and young man working the night of 7/12 around 6:30 were absolutely amazing. Me and my husbands smoothies were... delicious and made very well. The young man always had a smile and greeted every customer that came in. His positive attitudeand demeanor will make this location our permanent location. Great customer service! All the staff are excellent at this location they are very friendly and fast. I love this location and Planet Smoothie has the... best smoothie options. I love smoothies. But people that serve with an attitude ruin the vibe of any place. I went to this location on a Friday at... 12:45pm and there was a long hair girl serving, extremely unfriendly with a very unpleasant attitude. Aside from that, shemissed to fill almost 1 inch of my medium smoothie. Definitely won't be back at this location. First time and last for me. Read more
