My delivery driver was so kind as always, I've had the same delivery driver bring me food twice now, he's awesome! (Didn't catch... a name) but he's an older gentleman. I live down the street from this location. Staff is always friendly & welcoming. Rare to find nowadays at most fast food places... but, this location gets it right. Pizza here is really good!!! What I like about them is they get custom orders right almostevery time. If there ever was an issue it was fixed with no problem! Management here is extremely efficient and it shows. Seemslike a pretty young staff but they are definitely on point!!! This lil location pumps out some of the best Pizza Hut pizzas onthis side of town!!! Read more

Save yourselves the agony of getting pizza from the East Altamont Pizza Hut location. The Longwood store is shut down for... business. The East Altamont store is the one that is supposed to be delivering to the Longwood area, according to the Pizza Hutcall center, however they refused to deliver to my Area. I asked to speak to the manager to get an explanation, the managerrefused to talk to me over the phone or in person, I went ahead and placed a carry out order on my mobile app, for a carry outto contactless order request. When I got to the location I checked in on my mobile app, on the app it said that my order wasready, after waiting for about 10 minutes no one came out with my order, I then proceeded to call the store a representativeanswer the phone, I told him I was outside of the store in my vehicle waiting for my contactless carry out, it took themanother five minutes to get the order to my car. When I checked my order I realize they made a mistake and did not give me thepizza the way that I ordered it. I went back into the store asked to speak to the manager, the manager refused to speak to me,The representative that was taking care of me told me he was too busy and that I had to wait 20 minutes for my order to beredone. What a terrible experience, customer service at the East Altamont Pizza Hut is pathetic, and the staff is incompetent. Read more
