I ordered a Big Mac Meal with a Large Coke through Uber Eats as a late-night snack. It was about 2 A.M. and about a week ago. I... have Uber One, and also ordered priority delivery for a few dollars extra, which should ensure that my food is delivered quicklyand while it is still freshly made. It was delivered quickly; the driver made no mistakes. All the food was there and looked tobe packaged correctly. However, after consuming the food, about 15 minutes later, I had food poisoning-without a doubt. Just tobe clear: I had explosive diarrhea, vomiting, sweats, chills, I could hardly stand, I spent a few hours in the bathroom and thena few hours cleaning it afterwards... McDonalds was the only thing I had consumed that day, and unfortunately, I wasn't able tokeep the much-needed calories (I need to gain a couple pounds,). I ordered it from this location and the food is without a doubtwhat caused my illness. I contacted Uber Eats for a refund, which I never heard back about. Be very observant when you order and pay through the app. They told me there was an issue and my order was showing partially... paid. My bank notification on my phone said I was charged the full amount after the 20% discount. I showed them my phone. Aftera few moments they said there was an issue with the 20% discount not going through so they would need to void the transactionand re enter it and charge my card again. They handed both receipts, one had ?voided? at the bottom and the other was the newtransactions. Typically voided transactions will show pending with my bank (which was the case in this incidence) and then dropoff after 24-48 hours. This time instead of dropping off, both transactions ended up posting to my bank. I then look over the?voided? receipt more carefully and I see it says $0.00 was reversed. It looks like they didn?t process the void correctly. Icall the store and asked for a manager around 5pm, they said they aren?t here and I?d have to come into the store tomorrow. Iasked for an email so I could email copies of everything. They said there is no email. So now I have to waste my time and gas toget money back that I?m owed because of their app glitching and because they didn?t process the voided transaction correctly. Isubmitted my issue via the app, but of course I haven?t heard back yet and honestly don?t expect to. They don?t care that theyhave money of mine that doesn?t belong to them. They don?t care that their business has stolen from a customer. What if I wasn?tlocal? What if I couldn?t come into the store? I can?t believe and international corporation doesn?t have the ability to resolveissues like this in a more timely and efficient manner. Read more

They are very incompetent. It?s pretty sad. Such an easy job especially since a machine is doing all the order taking but it?s... still too hard for them to handle ??????????? Also cash is still a thing so stop ignoring your customers! Read more

Excellent customer service from the evening shift. I tried to apply reward points using app, but register failed to recognize... the correct item twice. Manager applied discount manually & processed my order efficiently & did not hold up the line of carsbehind me. Great attitude & no fuss. Nice! Read more

First, i was charged for items I didnt ask for or want and didnt even get reimbursed when I told them, next, it took 10 minutes... to get my order which isnt absolutely terrible but could definitely be better, after getting home and opening my food, my orderwas messed up with the items I asked not to have and the burger was cold and dry including a dry/hard bun. Not enjoyable at all.Doesnt matter to them but I'm not going back again. Read more

This location isn't a part of the rewards program, like everyone else. They also don't like giving Pup cups, like everyone else.... The lady at the window gave attitude and said she doesn't like dogs. She had to get her manager, then told me I'd pay next time.Psh. We'll see. Read more
