ugh, I love Jersey Mike?s, but this store!!! I ordered a gluten free (allergy upcharge) giant sub for 26$ from Uber eats and... what arrived was a Parmesan garlic bread. I?m glad I didn?t eat it because the receipt on it said gluten free but it was a verydifferent bread and clearly matched so I called the restaurant as a restaurant manager myself, to see if they would be willingto just remake it. even though it is a safety risk, if I had eaten it I would?ve been in the hospital. and the woman was beyondrude on the phone oh my goodness. I will never use this location again! and said i had the wrong store because they never madeany gluten free sandwhiches tonight (it?s a solid 5$ up charge and bold on their own receipt!) so I read the receipt again andshe said oh yeah I see what happened I see your order. well I?d still charge you to make it and reach out to my supervisor, andjust continued being incredibly rude after I asked her kindly to remake it if possible so I could have something to eat fordinner honestly any sandwhich. It was a 30$ sandwhich that would?ve hospitalized me with not so much a sorry, let alone somewhatless verbal abuse and blame. I was shocked. I go here about 3x a week. Matt usually makes my steak and cheese giant sub with extra cheese and extra onions. He was off... today so some girl made it. Bread was stale and steak was over cooked. She didn't put extra cheese and it had no onions. Verydisappointed with the service and product I received today Read more

Walked in yesterday evening around 5:20. Tall white guy with glasses was sitting at tall table with a female. Soon as he seen us... walk in he got up. Rubbed her hair, went behind counter and put on gloves. He then got mayo on his gloves and smeared it on hisapron and continued to put sandwich together. I wouldn?t be surprised if he goes to the bathroom with the apron on. That guy isabsolutely disgusting. He then went back to the table and continued to play around with the female with the same gloves on.Hand on table. Went back behind the counter contaminating everything. Read more

By far our favorite sub shop. Bread is always fresh, get plenty of good deli meat. Our favorite is the club with bacon. Love... that we can order ahead and then just go in for a quick pick up. And bonus with the rewards for a free sub occasionally. Loveit Mike's way!!! Read more

I placed a mobile order tonight for supper. I had four subs and 3 chips in my order. I placed an order today specifically... because I wanted to be a part of Jersey Mike's 100% Profits going to local charities. When I arrived it was 7 pm. My orderwasn't ready yet but then, it was buzzing in there! Walk-ins, and people for mobile orders. It was so cool that all of thesepeople chose to participate in the giving! There were 3 or 4 people behind the counter and they were busting their tails to makesure that everything flowed, and made sure that everyone left satisfied. Never a lull! My order wasn't ready quite on time, butthen, the manger let me know that they were out of white bread so they needed to know what I wanted to choose for a change ofbread, then they were able to complete my order. I wanted to say thank you to everyone working there today. I know, from workingin food service, today was a madhouse day to work because of the promotion. But even though today was a busy day and I came intowards the end of the day when you all had put in your time by then, and there were expected obstacles like needing to changebread choice, you guys still came through. All of our subs were 100% correct and 100% FRESH!!!! Just a simple Thank You!!!! Read more
