Most horrible experience i have had recently. My burger was not made the way i wanted it. I complained and asked them to make... the burger again it was still not made properly the way i asked for it. I still left store upset. My first time ever eatingthere and i never want to return to any five guys. I could not eat i stopped on the road and gave the burger i paid $10 to ahomeless person. Still having my reciept and talking to a manager i got nothing not even my money back just we will remake yourburger. No thank you i am good prefer my money back. Read more

Nice enough location but they got multiple orders wrong. Like none of the toppings, or cheese vs none? especially annoying if... you get take out and only discover this after unwrapping your burger at home. The receipt would have it all correct but notwhat?s in the bag. I gave them another shot and one of the items was wrong again. Not going back. Read more

Honestly disappointed back in the day you, you would order fries and you would get the cup size you order plus a few on the bag.... Now they don?t even fill the cup. And the more fries you seem to order the less each cup is filled. The food is still good butprices go up and you get less and less each time. Poor cleanliness. My experience was disrupted by a bee that decided to sting me. Management didn't care and only gave first aid... supplies when I firmly asked for them. Cannot recommend. It was very crowded and busy. It must be because it was the first Friday night after school started. That said the staff was a... well oiled machine, plowing through orders. Very professional, and speedy. The burgers were very good, high customization, whenyou can get grilled green bell peppers on a burger, awesome.
