Fiesta Cancun decided to be the most colorful restaurant in Central Florida at some point and they nailed it! It?s honestly... worth a visit to see all the elaborate and colorful woodworking througout the restaurant. Service is also great and therestaurant seems clean and well kept. You might be wondering why I haven?t mentioned the food yet? Well - it wasn?t the starof the experience. One of the things you notice in many of the reviews is mentioning that it?s bland. This place used to be a Turkish restaurant and we haven?t been there since it changed. We were amazed when we walked in and saw... how bright and beautifully decorated the restaurant is now. There are even new tables and chairs. The salsa was slightlydifferent than what we are used to, but good in its own right. We shared a vegetarian fajita and it was so plentiful anddelicious we couldn?t finish it. All of the staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely return. Today was Sunday Labor Day weekend!! We really wanted to celebrate somewhere we have never eaten.. This was truly a five-star... experience today. Not only was the food over the top delicious... Our server Miguel was extraordinary on so many levels. Thechimichanga I had was the size Fit For A King and chorizo nachos tasted as if we were in Cancun.. We were able to meet theowner (Miguel)and he explained how things came together for this restaurant. It was a real experience looking all over at theinteresting Mexican replicas. The decor is just beautiful I felt like I was really in Mexico. A fantastic drink menu and to topit off we received a complimentary dessert which was so lovely. This is now our go-to restaurant!! Bright and pretty atmosphere, extensive and unique menu options. The Enchiladas Rancheras is what I had and it was delicious.... Highly recommend the Cancun dip. It?s enough to be a meal!
