Awful experience. Went in and ordered 2 breakfast bagels. After waiting 25 mins I asked them where they were? was told that they... could only heat up 2 eggs at a time and it was Saturday morning. No problem I said, but next time, if you know customers aregoing to have to wait 25-30 mins on a bagel, let them know to so they can determine if they have that time to waste. I told theperson behind the counter that they'd win far more friends that way. The person, without missing a beat said, "we don't wait anyfriends". I was shorted 2 bagels from my dozen pickup order. It's never happened before. I called Mary back immediately to tell her I was... 2 short. She's so very nice and assured me I could pick them up plus an extra for my trouble later in the day. I went in to pickup, Mary wasn't there. I saw that the set aside bag had been marked over from 3 to 2, which I'm not complaining about. Themanager said I must be mistaken that i must have gotten 11 and this wasn't a bakers dozen either! As if I was either mistaken ortaking advantage! I order dozens all of the time! Customer service should be complimenting their loyal customers, not insultingthem! Read more

The staff here works very hard to keep the line flowing and the customers happy. The food is always cooked perfectly and the... staff are attentive to your needs. Need to find a way to call out online order names when they put the orders on the customerfacing shelf. Otherwise they're crowding the shelf waiting for their orders and checking every bag as it comes out. Read more
Amazing food, I had a custom bagel with fresh salmon, a mocha latte, and a Santa Fe Bagel (to go) I prefer their coffee over... others. Spent a good portion of the day with a business partner at a table. This was my first time sitting inside. It's a niceatmosphere and you can easily carry a conversation. I like Einstein Bagels. The bagels are always fresh and they have a good variety of bagels. My favorite is the Avocado sandwich,... Everything Bagel, Green Chile and the Cheddar Jalapeño Bagel. Went at this location for the first time. I was expecting adrive through, but they don't have it at this location. Had to go inside to order. Currently they only have take out. The placelooked clean. The person who took my order and the cashier...both were friendly. I ordered Cheddar Jalapeño Bagel with lightvegetable cream cheese. I don't like a lot of cream cheese. They made it perfect. Love the breakfast sandwich. The farmhouse is my favorite. Wish there were more locations. I eat here every chance I get.
