Drive thru line was ridiculously long. Waited at least 15mins just to be told they don't have no food items I can order. Fyi... Signage would be nice so people are not waiting in line for no reason and that would also help reduce the line for those whojust want coffee. Ironically they made sure to have a closing at 2pm for Thanksgiving. I would also like to mention that theylied about not having food items. The manager with the crusty lips was very rude. I have been in this area since 2006 and just had the best service I have ever had here. Great Teamwork, sandwich wasn't dry and... overcooked, and my caramel iced coffee was perfect and exactly what I ordered. Their teamwork was on point. I have only ever gone here early mornings about 7-8am. I am literally never coming here again. They have burned my food, burned... my drinks. Been incredibly rude, gave me the wrong drink.... The last time I came was the worst though. I had an app order andI came told the girl she walked away to look for it and the manager came up to me a minute or two later. Asked me what I wantedand I told her I had ordered in the app. She told me there was no app orders in their system I must have the wrong Dunkin. Iconfirmed the address and she told me it wasn't there. I told her what I ordered and she told me that unless I want her to pickmy pick donuts at random shell have to run back and forth asking which donuts I want and they were out of big boxes for donutsand if I wanted them she'd have to "smash them into munchkin boxes" which sounded bad so I asked for my money back about it andshe told me she couldn't do that. So I wanted my donuts because I paid for them. And I went to have her my phone because itlisted the donuts I wanted.. She looked at me told me they don't have my order in their system again and I tried to explain toher the donuts I want are listed right there. She yelled into the kitchen, without even trying to step away "someone come dealwith this I can't handle this right now." The original girl came back and asked what I needed and I told her again I had orderedin the app. She looked at her screen, verified my name, and grabbed my order. My order that was already ready. The donuts andthe drinks. That girl was kind and quick. But the manager was so rude and awful and I don't understand why she was lying?Regardless I actually took the survey after this. I was offered a free dozen from the district manager I just refused to go backto this DD and they let me choose another one but I honestly feel bad like I'm punishing a good store for another stores badservice. I can only speak for the morning ladies. 6am-7am times frame. They are amazing. Very nice friendly and work super hard. They are... taking order and getting them out and I always get the right order. 100% these ladies are amazing. Keep up the good work. Read more

Terrible service, in specific from the assistant manager the call herself manager. Like a normal day taking my kids to the... school they want donuts for breakfast, I was about to place the order of a half dozen when the lady through the speakercordially asked for my order, I was mentioned to her the six donuts flavors and then she stopped to me asking me (are yougetting just donuts or you will need something else). I said just the donuts, and she answer back: I'm sorry just the donuts orsomething else? I thought at that point the speaker were not working well, then I repeat just the half donuts PLEASE. then shesaid ok hold on a second, and instead to turn off the microphone I could hear how she was talking with somebody else andlaughing. I didn't give importance at all because I still have some cars on front of me and it was just few seconds. Then shestart taking my order again repeating the donuts flavors that I mentioned before but in a wrong way. I repeat again my donutsflavors and she when I said 2 strawberry glaze with sprinkles without let me finished, she said, yes thats what I said. I saidto her, not sorry you said 2 chocolate with sprinkles and I'm try to...she stopped me again and said no, I did not, then I justpull over to the window to try to place my order with somebody else to keep having a nice day. And she was there yelling me,having a bad attitude against me, (what you want, tell me, hurry up) and of course nicely ask her to stop and let me order mydonuts with the girl that was next to her that at the same time was surprised about the girl attitude. Manager came, didn'thelp, I took my donut and guess what, she missed the order putting a wrong single donut different of what I asked. I needed a caffeine pick me up and a pumpkin flavored dessert, so I decided to stop by. The drive thru line/wait was long, so... decided to park and go inside instead. Adam was nice and friendly as soon as I walked in. He told me he would be right with meand a bit later took my order. They were out of pumpkin doughnuts and checked the back if they had any there. That wasappreciated. I just got a small regular coffee (wish it was a bit strong, sort of watery) and blueberry munchkins. Not a badstop to get something sweet and some caffeine for an average price.
