Date: November 7, 2022 I visited this location for breakfast on my way to work today. Apparently, the lazy, Spanish -speaking... manager decided to keep the lobby closed, with no Customers even in the Drive Thru. Her reasoning was claiming they are"understaffed". The problem with the majority of these Fast Food chains, like Burger King, is that they continue to hire lazyand incompetent staff, who in turn hire lazy crews, who just want to collect paychecks. This type of situation is exactly whyBurger King is on the brink of Bankruptcy. How is a business going to logically stay in business if the people they hire arelazy and have no concern for the Customers they are hired to serve?... This seems to be the new business model for the FoodService industry and many of it's owners are going to end up broke and struggling... After years of my bad experiences withthese Fast Food chains... good riddance... All of the Fast Food chains around Florida can shut down for all normal peoplecare... The manager who acted in disregard to the business and the Customers, who give their business, would rather have sattalking in the Drive Thru with her lazy girlfriend and chat it up about drama... When all is said and done they will be withouttheir "jobs" or Careers to support their families... then things will really play out as they complain and cry to not have anymeans to support themselves or their families... People should not work in Fast Food if they cannot handle ALL that it involvesin serving Customers... Read more

This place is disturbing and disgusting. I ordered mozzarella sticks and it was so dry and hard, and it was questionable if that... was cheese in the middle, after waiting about 25 mins for my order this is very disappointing. I tried calling and the phonejust kept ringing. I will be making a formal compliant and I will definitely NEVER order from this place again. Read more

Ugh, I hate that this is the ONLY BK near our house but with our experiences at this one I can understand why you don't see many... anymore. They're so under staffed... The drive thru is closed 75% of the time & when it is open the customer service is justappalling and when you decide to go inside to order, the employees are cursing each other out with a lobby "full" (5-8people). I'm vegan so like a fool I keep going back here hoping I will have a different experience but nope... This time inparticular... They put cheese on my NO cheese impossible burger. I've ordered this before and they've gotten it wrong before soI emphasize no cheese when ordering but there it was in all it's dairy goodness. I parked & went in where Sophia , the cashier,was threatening to walk out bc of the chaos she was experiencing at work. * I did eventually received the correct order minusthe lettuce and tomato bc unfortunately they were out BUT YIKES! I wouldn?t recommend this location at all until they get new workers or at least have a larger team. Each visit, no matter the... day or specific time, is always the same. Slow service, only a few working, taking forever to put the food together and alwaysan attitude when you try to ask why it?s taking so long. I understand the frustration but it?s the fact that this has happenedevery time. I just stop going. Read more

Worse experience ever. We went to the drive thru around 1:55pm. There was a line of cars and the so called manager or employee... came out and put cones blocking the drive thru. There was no explanation and it looked like she didn't even care about thecustomers. I hope the cooperate looks into it because apparently this is not the first time it has happened based on otherreviews. Remember we are paying customers and with out us you won't have a business. Sad to say the fast food industry in general has suffered, mostly in the quality. All since COVID many great things have lost is... quality do to product availability. The once great tasting smokey burger is become almost plain Read more

Picking up Uber eats here sucks! They ask what you need (obviously an order) and then you wait patiently. Again another worker... asks what you need and then says can?t you see we?re busy? It won?t be ready yet. When 15 minutes have passed and they haven?teven paid any attention to the Uber order. Making a combo meal should literally take 5 minutes or less! This location deservesno stars and should hire workers who actually know what customer service is! Good luck ordering here???????? Read more

First of all you need to hire another manager who isn?t so rude. She said their was no bbq or hot sauce even though I saw them... right behind the counter. Also I understand not wanting to make lunch items in the morning but take it off of mobile ordering atthat time then. The manager lied and said the whopper machine wouldn?t be ready for 2 hours if I wanted to wait. Why would Iwant to wait for two hours and what the heck is a whopper machine? I?m pretty sure the MANAGER LIED so she didn?t have to makeit. Mind you their was not one person in the drive through or lobby. I would rather her have said ?hey it?s going to take sometime to make the whopper? and I probably would have felt bad and ordered something else that?s easier to make. Read more
