This place has to be a front. It's a coin toss if it's open on any given day. If it's drive through only. Dining room only. Or... If the drive through menu is written on cardboard. It is now the closest one to my job and I will stay away from it at all cost.The drive thru is a joke sat in the drive thru line... for 20 minutes and no one moved.Then tried going in to order and the lobby was closed at 1pm.Was then told by this gumby lookingkid with dreadlocks to use the drive thru.Something has to give this place needs change. I don?t have a car for drive thru. They locked the door inside to order and eat while I wait for my bus back home. I understand... that they might be understaffed but this is the only place that?s close to my job to eat BK. Read more
Just tried coming here for breakfast the past two Fridays in a row, around 9am; absolutely nobody working at the restaurant,... BOTH days. Not even so much as a sign on the doors or windows. Not sure what?s going on here, but not wasting my time cominghere ever again. Read more
This Burger King is absolutely the worst fast food location I have experienced. They can take over 5 minutes to acknowledge you... at tge drive through, and then have an attitude about it when they finally get to you. If you have a food quality issue (rockhard onion rings with melted plastic in them) they could care less, and treat you like you have no real reason to complain. Ilike BK breakfast, and I give them a chance every couple months. I can absolutely say they just get worse every time. Trycalling their business number.... it is out of service. Worst Burger King ever sat in the Drive-Thru for 25 minutes was told to wait a few minutes and then I just left because I had to... be somewhere I thought it was supposed to be fast food. Waited 5 minutes to even place my order while at the speaker. Then waited 15 to even get my food. I don?t blame the staff. I... blame management for not having enough help. They?re severely under-staffed. If you can?t afford to have 5 people working on aweekend you need to close your doors. Read more
Three people (including myself) refunded our order. 3 random customers got back to back to back horrible service. We all got... refunds; didn't even know one another. 1 staff member was working while everyone else was in the back. The manager helping thestore today that she's positive this BK is getting shut down. Read more
